Written application addressed to the Director of the Institute
A certified copy of the secondary school certificate or its equivalent, issued by the National Office of Examinations and Competitions
A certified copy of the birth certificate
A copy of a valid passport for non-Chadian applicants
A certified copy of the Chadian nationality certificate (Optional)
